[Fin Ch. Kashaya Molly Malone]

[Pedigree]

[Molly] was a daughter of the late & great Ch. Peperone Pilsner, who Marjut owned together with her friend, Heljä Manninen (kennel Zigetty´s). Molly was also the mother of Marjut´s last whippet litter, born 1999.

Marjut had been admiring Molly since she was few weeks old, but she was still a bit uncertain if she should take a puppy or not. One day she was once again visiting the puppies, and Molly sent a little message to Marjut; she jumped to the bed where Marjut´s jacket was, and put her wet mark on it... Message received and understood; she apparently had marked her future mom, end of discussion.

Molly was a very funny puppy, she learned all sorts of tricks all by herself. Her best playmate was a bullmastiff and she played together with her like they were the same breed.. When Marjut worked in a pet-shop, she caught Molly a few times sneaking into the animal-room, where she sat in quiet kissing and cleaning the rabbits and guinea-pigs.

Molly was also shown a bit, her best result being BOB & BIG-3 in a national all-breed show in Finland -99.

Molly was our dear mascot, and at the end her main purpose in life was finding new positions in the sofa. She didn´t even mind if there were something between her and sofa, she could sleep on top of other dogs, humans etc.

Molly was 10 years in the beginning of December, 2006. In early 2007 she got cancer and we lost her fast due to that.
